Henrik Busch (b. 1973) has been part of the Gielen Beratungsgesellschaft mbH since 2005. After entering the company as an executive assistant, he was soon promoted to a leadership position within Controlling / Management Accounting. In 2010 he acquired shares in the Company by way of a “management-buy-in” and became both partner and managing director. After the renaming of the company to backbone management ag in the summer of 2011, he became a member of the Board.
Henrik Busch began his career as a carpenter and then studied civil engineering. He obtained his civil engineering degree (Dipl.-Bau Ing. (FH)). At the Technical College in Bielefeld he completed his degree as industrial engineer (Dipl.-Wirt. Ing. (FH)). His further goal-oriented professional development gave him experience in the areas of Strategy, Operational Controlling; and Management- and Process-analysis. Parallel to this, he completed his training in extra-occupational training as quality management representative (TÜV Süd) and IRIS-Auditor (TÜV Süd).
Henrik Busch has many years of experience in strategic and operations management Controlling / Management Accounting, as well as in the business development of small and medium-sized businesses. He is familiar with the challenges faced by enterprises of this size. His solutions are pragmatic and goal-oriented. His wide-ranging training and experience qualify Henrik Busch to be a competent contact person, well able to communicate on equal terms with employees from all levels of the company. He is well-versed both in meeting the requirements of the ISO 9001 and in implementing operational process optimization.
Since 2007 Henrik Busch is head of Financial Controlling / Management Accounting at Setlog GmbH. In 2008 he further assumed the position as head of Controlling at GINO AG. In both companies he has taken responsibility for operational and strategic Controlling / Management Accounting. At the beginning of 2009 he was further appointed head of quality management at GINO AG, thus taking over responsibility for ensuring the further development of the company-wide quality management system.
